Withdrawal Amount definition

Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to the Class A ----------------- Certificates, and with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the Class A Required Amount calculated for such Distribution Date and (b) the Available Cash Collateral Amount calculated for such Distribution Date.
