Work activities definition

Work activities means the following activities that are
Work activities means the following activities limited to the extent and degree that they are allowed and countable in accordance with Part A of Title IV of the Social Security Act:

Examples of Work activities in a sentence

  • Construction Contractor shall insure that all Work activities that require a submittal are preceded by the appropriate submittal and approval activities.

  • The Contractor shall take all steps necessary to avoid disruption, isolate and separate Work activities, and avoid adversely impacting Owner’s use of facilities during construction.

  • Contractor shall plan, develop, supervise, control, and coordinate the performance of the Work so that its progress and the sequence and timing of the Work activities conform to the current accepted Contract Plan and Schedule.

  • An extension in the scheduled date of Substantial Completion will only be granted in the event of Excusable Delays affecting Work activities on the critical path.

  • In such event the Authority shall notify the Contractor and the Contractor shall revise its Work activities without additional compensation.


More Definitions of Work activities

Work activities means those activities and tasks associated with a defined role.
Work activities means activities that are countable toward the federal work participation rate as prescribed in 42 U.S.C. 607:
