There will be periodic meetings with the Superintendent and Ass It. Superintendent, the Maintenance Person, and the High School Lead Person to determine priorities at the High School and how they relate to priorities of the entire School District.

Maintenance Person. 30.01 The Maintenance person will be entitled to the following (a) Should the Maintenance person agree to use their vehicle, they will be compensated at $0.45 per kilometre. (b) The Employer agrees to pay the Maintenance person thirty-five ($35.00) dollars per month. A copy of the employee’s service agreement must be submitted before payment can be made. (c) In Lieu of article 28.01, The Employer agrees to reimburse the Maintenance person, upon submission of a receipt, one hundred and forty-five ($145.00) dollars per calendar year for CSA approved safety shoes. (d) In the absence of the Maintenance Manager the Maintenance person may be required to be On-Call outside of their regular scheduled hours. In the event that the Employer designates that the Maintenance person is to be “On-Call” and the Maintenance person agrees, the Maintenance person will be paid and “On-Call” premium of $1.00 per hour for weekdays and $2.00 per hour for the weekends. (e) There is no requirement of the Maintenance person to utilize their own tools.

Maintenance Person. The parties agree that this Letter of Understanding shall form part of the Collective Agreement and be attached to the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that the Maintenance Person may submit requests for the replacement of personal tools and equipment that are broken when used for repairs and maintenance of Association property.   • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Maintenance by the Manager Throughout the Term the Manager will inspect, maintain, repair and replace elements of the Residence in order to keep the Residence in a good condition and state of repair, complying with health, safety and fire standards required by law.   • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.
