Work Order Form definition

Work Order Form means any services or collections of supplied as a service by AD using a Work Order Form. Valuation Form or Quotation Form.
Work Order Form means Partho’s standard form for requesting Professional Services the form of which is attached hereto as Schedule E – Work Order Form.
Work Order Form refers to the written document issued in the format in Appendix E.

Examples of Work Order Form in a sentence

  • The Customer will authorize the Executor to perform design services covered by this agreement in advance by means of a Work Order Form or letter of authorization.

  • Exhibitor must use the Exhibitor Work Order Form to order equipment, power, water, etc.

  • The Contractor can use his own Work Order Form or one supplied by the City.

  • Each Work Order Form shall specify the Project Description and Scope of Work.

  • A “Work Order” is defined as an ordering document (substantially in the form of Attachment No. 1- Work Order Form) used by a Purchasing Group member to place an order for Work under this Master Agreement.

  • All Purchase Orders issued by AT&T hereunder shall include the corresponding Work Order as an attachment, using the Work Order Form in Exhibit J.

  • If a conflict exists among provisions within the Agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary, the following order of precedence will apply in descending order of control: (i) this MA, (ii) a Service Schedule, (iii) an Addendum, (iv) an SLA or Support Terms, (v) a Service Order, Statement of Work, Order Form or Quote and (vi) any other document governed by, or that is incorporated by reference into, this MA or any of the documents referenced in subclauses (ii) through (v) hereof.

Related to Work Order Form

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Order Form means an ordering document or online order specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.
