Work train definition

Work train means a non-revenue service train of 4,000 trailing tons or less used for the administration and upkeep service of the railroad.
Work train means a departmental train intended solely for execution of works, including maintenance works, on the Metro Railway network.

  • ESCO shall install and, when applicable, operate and maintain, or, if specified in the Scope of Work, train Customer personnel to operate and maintain equipment in a manner that will provide standards of service to meet requirements of Section 5.02 and equipment manufacturers’ literature, specifications and instructions.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Electrical work Means any labor or material used in installing, altering, maintaining, or extending an electrical wiring system and the appurtenances, apparatus, or equipment used in connection with the use of electrical energy in, on, outside, or attached to a building, residence, structure, property, or premises. The term includes service entrance conductors as defined by the National Electrical Code.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
