Working Capital Revolving Commitment definition

Working Capital Revolving Commitment as set forth in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended as set forth below:
Working Capital Revolving Commitment means the commitment of certain Working Capital Lender to make Working Capital Loans to the Borrower and assist the Borrower with the issuance of Working Capital LCs pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement in the aggregate principal amount of $30,000,000, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement.
Working Capital Revolving Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Working Capital Revolving Loans to the Borrower, and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans, in an aggregate principal amount not exceeding the amount set forth with respect to such Lender on Schedule I hereto, or, in the case of a Person becoming a Lender after the Effective Date, the amount of the assigned “Working Capital Revolving Commitment” as provided in the Assignment and Acceptance executed by such Person as an assignee, or the joinder executed by such Person, in each case as such commitment may subsequently be increased or decreased pursuant to the terms hereof. The aggregate principal amount of all Lenders’ Working Capital Revolving Commitments as of the Effective Date is Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000).

More Definitions of Working Capital Revolving Commitment

Working Capital Revolving Commitment means a principal amount equal to $18,000,000.

The initial amount of each Lender's Working Capital Revolving Commitment is set forth on Schedule 2.01, or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Working Capital Revolving Commitment, as applicable. The initial aggregate amount of the Lenders' Working Capital Revolving Commitments is $25,000,000. The Working Capital Revolving Commitments are a subset of the General Revolving Commitments and the maximum amount of the Commitments is equal to the maximum amount of the General Revolving Commitments.
Working Capital Revolving Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Working Capital Revolving Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding of up to such Lender's Working Capital Revolving Commitment Percentage of the Aggregate Working Capital Revolving Committed Amount as specified in SCHEDULE 2.1(a), as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Total Revolving Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Commitments of the Revolving Lenders as the same may be decreased pursuant to Section 2.12(c) or increased pursuant to Section 2.19. As of the Closing Date, the amount of the Total Revolving Commitment is $100,000,000.

  • Total Revolving Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments then in effect.

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment means at any time the Total Revolving Credit Commitment less the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.

  • Existing Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Commitments of all of the Revolving Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment is $1,000,000,000.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain revolving credit loans to one or more Borrowers.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $30,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
