Working Capital Revolving Commitment definition

Working Capital Revolving Commitment means the commitment of certain Working Capital Lender to make Working Capital Loans to the Borrower and assist the Borrower with the issuance of Working Capital LCs pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement in the aggregate principal amount of $30,000,000, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement.
Working Capital Revolving Commitment as set forth in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended as set forth below:
Working Capital Revolving Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Working Capital Revolving Loans to the Borrower, and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans, in an aggregate principal amount not exceeding the amount set forth with respect to such Lender on Schedule I hereto, or, in the case of a Person becoming a Lender after the Effective Date, the amount of the assigned “Working Capital Revolving Commitment” as provided in the Assignment and Acceptance executed by such Person as an assignee, or the joinder executed by such Person, in each case as such commitment may subsequently be increased or decreased pursuant to the terms hereof. The aggregate principal amount of all Lenders’ Working Capital Revolving Commitments as of the Effective Date is Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000).

Working Capital Revolving Commitment means a principal amount equal to $18,000,000.
