Workplace Skills Plan definition

Workplace Skills Plan means the plan of a Measured Entity approved by the relevant SETA.
Workplace Skills Plan means the training plan, formulated and adopted by Municipality, in accordance with the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97) of 1998 and submitted to the LGW Seta annually. Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

  • Commercially Useful Function means responsibility for the execution of a distinct element of the work of the contract, which is carried out by actually performing, managing, and supervising the work involved, evidencing the responsibilities and risks of a business owner such as negotiating the terms of (sub)contracts, taking on a financial risk commensurate with the contract or its subcontract, responsibility for acquiring the appropriate lines of credit and/or loans, or fulfilling responsibilities as a joint venture partner as described in the joint venture agreement.
