Development Contributions means financial contributions calculated in accordance with this policy document, which an Applicant is required to make in terms of conditions of approval imposed by the Municipality when granting approvals under the Ordinance and which relate to requirements resulting from those approvals in respect of the provision of the necessary engineering services to the land to be developed;
Development Contributions means the contributions as specified in clause 5. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law. GST Law has the same meaning given to that term in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000 (Cth) and any other Act or regulation relating to the imposition or administration of the GST. Council means Coolamon Shire Council (CSC).
Development Contributions means the provision of the Works, the making of the Monetary Contributions, the dedication of the Designated Lands, the provision of any other material public benefit as set out in this Agreement or any combination of them, by the Developer in accordance with this Agreement, which are to be used for, or applied towards a public purpose, but does not include any Bank Guarantees or other benefit provided by the Developer to Council to secure the enforcement of the Developer’s obligations under this Agreement for the purposes of section 7.4(3)(g) of the Act.
Examples of Development Contributions in a sentence
The draft Planning Agreement is a voluntary agreement under which Development Contributions (as defined in clause 11 and Schedule 1 of the draft Planning Agreement) are made by the Developer for various public purposes (as defined in s7.4(2) of the Act).
The Developer is to make the Development Contributions to the Council in accordance with the Delivery Date and the terms of this Deed, in particular clause 11.
More Definitions of Development Contributions
Development Contributions means the Monetary Contribution and Public Works Contribution as described in item 5 of Schedule 1;
Development Contributions means payment of the Monetary Contributions in accordance with this document.
