Xxxxxx Content definition

Xxxxxx Content means the content (other than the Xxxxxx Networks) provided by Xxxxxx that is integrated into the RNS. This content may include program information, text, pictures, graphics, sound, video and other data related to television program services or personal television program services related to each of the television program services.
Xxxxxx Content means any (a) content or data provided by Xxxxxx to You as part of Your use of the Xxxxxx Software and (b) content or data that the Xxxxxx Software generates or derives in connection with Your use. Xxxxxx Content includes geographic and domain information, rules, signatures, threat intelligence and data feeds and Xxxxxx’x compilation of suspicious URLs.
Xxxxxx Content means health and fitness topics which Xxxxxx develops, licenses, or works on, as of the Effective Date and during the Term, consisting of books audio AND VIDEO tapes, and radio television show content produced and/or performed in by Xxxxxx, and any other products produced and/or performed in by Xxxxxx during the Term.

  • With respect to Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content, GE Digital shall act as the data processor of Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content in accordance with Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ instructions as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, a Statement of Work or Order, Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall retain all rights in the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Intellectual Property and Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content.

  • If Xxxxx Xxxxxx subscribes to Third-Party Services, Xxxxx Xxxxxx consents to GE Digital sharing with the third-party provider, subject to confidentiality terms contained in any agreements with such third party provider: (i) Xxxxx Xxxxxx contact and account information, (ii) Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content in connection with Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ use of the Third-Party Services, and (iii) additional information, if any, disclosed in writing to Xxxxx Xxxxxx in connection with the Third-Party Services.

  • Subject to any applicable customer restrictions communicated to GE Digital in writing, Xxxxx Xxxxxx consents to the disclosure of Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content to GE Digital’s subcontractors, provided that the subcontractors are bound to maintain and use Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content solely in accordance with this Agreement.

  • As between the Parties, Xxxxx Xxxxxx is responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions to provide Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content to GE Digital and to use Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content or Monitored Equipment with the GE Hosted Services.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxx is responsible for complying with all security requirements communicated to Xxxxx Xxxxxx in writing for securing Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content in connection with using the GE Hosted Services.

  • If Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content includes any data subject to specific legal or regulatory requirements (including, but not limited to, health care data, sensitive personal information, export-controlled data, or sensitive government data), then Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall be responsible for determining whether any GE Hosted Service meets such requirements, unless GE Digital has expressly stated in this Agreement, a Statement of Work or an Order that the Service is designed to meet such requirements.

  • If there is a personalized channel using Xxxxxx Content in such service, Xxxxxx and Replay agree that the Xxxxxx portion of this subscription fee shall be an amount which is equal to the [***] by the number of [***].

  • You retain any ownership of Your content and Xxxxxx retains ownership of the Xxxxxx Software and Xxxxxx Content.


More Definitions of Xxxxxx Content

Xxxxxx Content means (a) any Content provided by Xxxxxx or Xxxxxx Users, or imported or uploaded to, or otherwise used by or on behalf of Xxxxxx or Xxxxxx Users in connection with, the Vendor Services, including, without limitation, Xxxxxx Source Code; (b) any analysis, summary, modification, report or results regarding NGS Data or other data from Xxxxxx or Xxxxxx Users; and (c) any Developments. For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxx Content does not include Vendor System and modifications and improvements made thereto.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.
