Xxxxxxx Technology definition

Xxxxxxx Technology means the Xxxxxxx Patents and the Xxxxxxx Know-How.

Xxxxxxx Technology means the Patents and Know-How, including all Improvements developed by Abbott.

Xxxxxxx Technology means Xxxxxxx Patents and Xxxxxxx Know-How.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Technology

Xxxxxxx Technology means, to the extent necessary or useful to make, use or sell a Licensed Product, all patents and patent applications and information, trade secrets, data, inventions and know-how, owned by or licensed to Xxxxxxx (with the right to sublicense) during the term of this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Technology means the Xxxxxxx Know-How, the Xxxxxxx Patents and Xxxxxxx’x interest in the Joint Technology.

Xxxxxxx Technology means Xxxxxxx Materials and Xxxxxxx Know-How.

Xxxxxxx Technology means, as relevant, the Xxxxxxx Software application used by You and/or the Xxxxxxx Connected Service used in respect of the Software.

Xxxxxxx Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 1.10 of the DMSA, with all capitalized terms therein having their meaning set forth in this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Technology means any and all of the following: (a) Xxxxxxx Patents Rights; (b) Xxxxxxx Know-How; and (c) Xxxxxxx Copyrights. For the avoidance of doubt, “Xxxxxxx Technology” also includes the Joint Technology. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Xxxxxxx Technology” does not include any Xxxxxxx Flex Circuit Technology.

Xxxxxxx Technology means and include the specialized skills, procedures and techniques developed by Xxxxxxx, which include confidential, proprietary and trade secret information of Xxxxxxx, for providing Licensor Services/Products (defined below) and the operation of a business under this Agreement.
