Licensor Services definition
Licensor Services means, collectively, General Services and Game Day Services.
Licensor Services means the maintenance, support and other services to be provided by Licensor to Licensee in connection with this Agreement, as set forth in Section 2.3.
Licensor Services has the meaning set forth in Section 5. Merchandise Arenas” means all areas in the Arena where merchandise may be sold.

With respect to the Program, Licensor will provide the Licensor Services for the Program as described in Schedule 1.
Upon Company’s failure to pay outstanding balances when due, Licensor may suspend the licenses granted to Company hereunder and/or the provision of Licensor Services to Company until such outstanding balances are paid or termination of this Agreement.
More Definitions of Licensor Services
Licensor Services means, with respect to the Program, the services to be provided by Licensor to Company in connection with the Program as set forth in Schedule 1 and this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, “Licensor Services” will not include “Program Services”.
Licensor Services means those services provided by Licensor to End Users with respect to any Licensed Platform accessible directly or indirectly from the Licensor Portal that facilitates, enhances, or adds value to the activities of the End Users when using the Licensed Platform. Said services may include products which are necessary or desirable to perform End User activities using the Licensed Platform.
Licensor Services means the products and services provided by Licensor, including the Universal Credit Application, accessible through the Mobile Application, the Webpages and/or UCA API (and all associated pages and services), or otherwise made available by or on behalf of Licensor or its Affiliates for Licensee related to the Universal Credit Application.
Licensor Services means the services to be rendered by Licensor in favour of Licensee contemplated by Section 3 below and described on schedule C;
Licensor Services means the Online Commerce Services conducted by Licensor and its Affiliates.
