Yacht Club definition

Yacht Club means a bona fide organization maintaining wharves and docking facilities, with a membership of at least twenty-five paid-up members. The Yacht Club shall adjoin its wharves and docking facilities and shall not be open for private profit; nor shall the Yacht Club be open to the public generally, but shall be maintained for its members and guests.
