Common use of DURATION Clause in Contracts

DURATION. The confidentiality obligations set out above shall remain in effect for the duration of the Agreement and for a period of five (5) years from the expiry or earlier termination of the Agreement; provided, however, that the confidentiality obligations set out above with respect to trade secrets shall apply for as long as such trade secrets remain trade secrets.
