(a). Koulun perusrakenteen muuttamista koskeva ehdotus on tehtävä johtokuntaan kuuluvien jäsenvaltioiden edustajien yksi- mielisellä päätöksellä.
(a). Any proposal to modify the funda- mental structure of a School shall require a unanimous vote of the Member State repre- sentatives on the Board of Governors.
(a). In relation to the transport of passen- gers, surface transport providers shall not be subject to laws and regulations governing air transport on the sole basis that such surface transport is held out by an air carrier under its own name. Surface transport providers have the discretion to decide whether to enter into cooperative arrangements. In deciding on any particular arrangement, surface transport providers may consider, among other things, consumer interests and technical, economic, space, and capacity constraints.
(a). Where a State Party is prohibited by national or international law from returning or accepting such radioactive material, de- vice or nuclear facility or where the States Parties concerned so agree, subject to para- graph 3 (b) of the present article, the State Party in possession of the radioactive mate- rial, devices or nuclear facilities shall con- tinue to take the steps described in paragraph 1 of the present article; such radioactive ma- terial, devices or nuclear facilities shall be used only for peaceful purposes;

The air carriers of each Contracting Party shall be entitled to provide the agreed services using aircraft leased with or without crew from any air carrier, including from third countries, provided that all participants in such arrangements meet the conditions prescribed under the laws and regulations normally applied by the Contracting Parties to such arrangements.
(a). Tämä pöytäkirja edellyttää, että Suomen tasavalta ja Amerikan yhdysvallat saattavat päätökseen pöytäkirjan voimaantu- xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx sisäiset menettelynsä. Sen jälkeen Suomen tasavallan ja Amerikan yh- dysvaltojen hallitukset vaihtavat tiedonanto- ja, joilla ne ilmoittavat kyseisten menettely- jen saattamisesta päätökseen. Tämä pöytä- kirja tulee voimaan samana päivänä kuin EU-USA luovutussopimus.
(a). This Protocol shall be subject to the completion by the Republic of Finland and the United States of America of their respec- tive applicable internal procedures for entry into force. The Governments of the Repub- lic of Finland and the United States of America shall thereupon exchange notifica- tions indicating that such measures have been completed. This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the EU –U.S. Extradition Agreement.

(a). The European Union, pursuant to the Treaty on European Union, and the United States of America shall also ensure that the provisions of this Agreement are applied in the absence of a bilateral mutual legal assistance treaty in force between a Member State and the United States of America;
