Common use of CANCELLATION/BREACH OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

CANCELLATION/BREACH OF LEASE. Please note that there will be no refund of your initial deposit should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date. Any such cancellation will be considered as breach of lease and incur retention of the deposit paid as indemnity. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the cost of accommodation will still be payable in full and will be retained as indemnity for breach of lease. If you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance cover plan, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of your payment in accordance with the terms of our legal insurance contract.
