Order processing and delivery of Products. For every sale made via La Galerie, RUE DU COMMERCE will send the Merchant Partner information about the customer’s order. As a vendor, the Merchant Partner is responsible for the correct implementation of the entire sales process (order processing, shipping, and after-sales service). The Merchant Partner is required to ship the products sold under the terms and conditions and within the timeframe corresponding to the product’s availability as specified on La Galerie when ordered. This is mandatory. The Merchant Partner shall comply with the manufacturer’s, distributor’s and/or licensor’s instructions concerning the delivery date of the product and/or the date on which it goes on sale nationally. It agrees to deliver products that are strictly compliant with those ordered. The product must be accompanied by: - the required operating manuals or content information; - the delivery note which clearly identifies the Merchant Partner; - the procedure to follow in the event of a return. All these documents must be drawn up in French. For any Product of an amount less than or equal to €25 including tax, delivery is made at the Buyer's choice within the delivery methods offered by the Merchant Partner. For any Product of an amount between 25 and 200 € including tax, delivery is made in follow-up or against signature. For any Product of an amount greater than €200 including tax, delivery must be made against signature. The Merchant Partner has the obligation to respect the mode of delivery chosen by the Buyer. The delivery terms (carrier, delivery times and delivery costs) applicable to each Product will be determined by the Merchant Partner. The Merchant Partner must ensure that its identification as a Merchant Partner is clear and accurate on all documents sent with the order. No advertising or other promotional offer for the Merchant Partner or a third party may be included in parcels shipped to customers. After partial or complete shipment of the order, the Merchant Partner will notify RUE DU COMMERCE of the shipment date and contents via the order management interface. It is important for the Merchant Partner to enter the order status truthfully, that is to say only providing shipping information once shipment has actually taken place (and not in advance).
