Payment guarantee. Apart from the outstanding amounts authorized with respect to the Customer by Compagnie française d'assurance pour le commerce extérieur (hereinafter “COFACE”), with which Cdiscount Advertising has taken out credit insurance, all Inclusion Orders will be payable in cash on the date signed by the Customer. Cdiscount Advertising may increase the frequency of its invoicing once the Customer approaches the limit of outstanding amounts covered by COFACE.
