Personal data, Cookies and Software Development Kit (“SDK”). 13.1. General. Each Party undertakes to comply with regulations relating to the protection of personal data, and in particular French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended) relating to Information Technology, Data Files and Freedoms and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (collectively, the “Data Protection Regulation”).
