Common use of PLACE OF JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

PLACE OF JURISDICTION. Any dispute relating to the CGV or to the sales agreements derived therefrom, including their validity, construction, performance or termination is subject to the jurisdiction of the Rennes Commercial Court, in France, notwithstanding multiple defendants and the introduction of third parties, including for summary and protective proceedings, proceedings for interim relief or on application. With the exception of the foregoing, the Supplier reserves the right to submit the dispute to the court of the Buyer’s registered office.
