Réalisation des prestations de Service. 12.1 Toute prestation de service sur site fera l’objet d’une confirmation écrite préalable de la part du Client au moins 72h avant la date d’intervention. Aucun technicien IRFTS ne se déplacera sans cette confirmation, qui devra préciser : - Les coordonnées géographiques, dates et horaires d’intervention sur site ; Et attester la disponibilité sur le site en préalable au démarrage de l’intervention de : - La préparation matérielle préalable du support/site d’intervention, par exemple dans le cas des pergolas : préparation du sol et génie civil, ou dans le cas d’un toit : détuilage ; - L’ensemble du matériel IRFTS à installer ; - L’ensemble des matériel complémentaire (par exemple planche support, visserie complémentaire, etc.) et outillage nécessaires à l’exécution des travaux ; The Customer must supply a detailed justification describing the alleged defect.
