Products means tangible goods specified in the Ordering Documents to be delivered on the Delivery Date. 2.7 “Services” means the services that Supplier is to perform for IP specified in the Ordering Documents. 2.8 “Statement of Work” or “SOW” means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for IP. 2.9 “Subcontractor” means a third party performing work under an agreement (a “Subcontract”) with Supplier. 2.10 “Supplier Personnel” means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors under supervision and responsibility of the Supplier. 2.11 “Third Party Intellectual Property” means the Intellectual Property Rights of a third party which Supplier uses or incorporates into the Work. 2.12 “Work” means the Deliverables, Products and Services specified in the Ordering Documents, including any SOW.

• All Foreground IPR and related Intellectual Property Rights attached to Products, Services and more generally to all deliverables executed and delivered by the Supplier to ANYWAVES shall become the exclusive property of ANYWAVES.

• In particular, the Supplier is hereby informed that the Products and Services ordered are to be integrated by ANYWAVES into its production of equipment and solutions supplied to its customers, so that all of the foregoing warranty obligations extend to all equipment, solutions and services supplied to ANYWAVES' customers and integrating the Products and Services produced by the Supplier.

• All Products and/or Services replaced or corrected under the aforementioned legal warranties will benefit from new warranties identical in nature and duration to the initial warranties.
