Common use of ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

ACCOUNT. 1. The Account may be opened in Rupiah or foreign currency. In the case whereby account is opened in a foreign currency, the Customer is aware that there is a risk of depreciation of the value resulting from the weakening of the exchange value of a currency against the other currency. This depreciation of value shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
