Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties to this Agreement and revokes and replaces all discussions/correspondence and deeds/agreements, memorandum of understanding between the Parties, if any, regarding matters covered by this Agreement whether written, verbal or implied.
