GENERAL PROVISIONS. GoPay Later (including any changes to its name from time to time) is a financing services feature which in this Agreement is also known as PayLater powered by PT MAB, PayLater powered by GoPay Later or PayLater powered by GoPay Later, PT MAB in the Platform or Official Platform Partner, providing multipurpose financing facilities by the Lender to the Borrower, offering repayment feature by installments according to selected Financing Term for Transactions on the Platform ("GoPay Later").
