Laporan Rekening berarti laporan yang diterbitkan oleh Bank atas Rekening Nasabah, menyatakan kegiatan atas Rekening dan/ atau informasi lainnya sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank dari waktu ke waktu.
Laporan Rekening berarti laporan posisi dana dan penghitungan Bank atas dana yang dimiliki Nasabah dalam Rekening;
Laporan Rekening berarti laporan yang terkait dengan aktivitas Rekening dan/atau informasi lainnya sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh Bank dari waktu ke waktu. “Nasabah” berarti nasabah perorangan yang membuka dan menatausahakan Rekening pada Bank. “Personal Internet Banking” berarti layanan perbankan melalui internet yang disediakan kepada para Nasabah oleh Grup Perusahaan HSBC, yang tersedia melalui akses internet. drawn, and al bills accepted on behalf and in the name of Customer for the Account. “Standing Instruction(s)” means a written Instruction which is granted once by the Customer to the Bank to conduct the action set out in Section IV Clause 5, of which instruction shall be effective as from the granting of such Instruction until it is revoked by the Customer in writing or it will automatically invalid after certain period as determined by the Customer. “Instrument” means any cheque/bilyet giro/payment order in such form determines by the Bank including other similar instrument as specified or permitted by the Bank. “Card” means any card issued by the Bank from time to time in relation with the Account(s) opened by the Customer which may be used effect banking transactions by electronic means whether at automated teller machines or such other mediums as shall be made available by or acceptable to the Bank. “Errors” has the meaning set out in Section II Clause 12.3. “Liabilities” has the meaning as set out in Section II Clause 9.1. “Account Statement(s)” means a statement(s) relating to the activities of the Account(s) and/or such other information as may be determined by the Bank from time to time. “Customer” means personal customer who opens and maintains the Account(s) with the Bank. “Personal Internet Banking” means the HSBC Group’s personal internet banking services available through internet access.

Nasabah setuju bahwa jika Xxxxxxx tidak mengajukan keberatan secara tertulis terhadap Laporan Rekening yang diserahkan oleh Bank kepada Nasabah dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) Hari Kerja sejak tanggal dimana Laporan Rekening tersebut diterima oleh Xxxxxxx sesuai dengan catatan Bank, maka Laporan Rekening tersebut dianggap benar.
Bank akan memberitahukan kepada Nasabah setiap koreksi atau tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh Bank sehubungan dengan kesalahannya tersebut, termasuk pada perbaikan Laporan Rekening atau permohonan pembatalan kepada BI sehubungan dengan Instrumen kosong.
