Departments, the bidder is allowed to submit a self-certificate in the format as under: “The items covered in the Purchase Order(s)/ Rate Contract(s) copies enclosed with our offer have been fully executed and have performed satisfactorily as per the provisions of respective Purchase Order(s)/ Rate Contract(s) and all the complaints/claim (s) lodged by the purchaser, if any, have been attended to and no complaints/ claim(s) are pending. ” For this purpose relevent order copy/copies and the subsequest satisfactory performance should be submitted. The OEM*/OES** participating for procurement of spare parts for their equipment shall be exempted from Proveness criteria. * - OEM – Means Original Equipment Manufacturer. ** - OES – Means authorized supplier of Original Equipment Manufacturer. 1. Documents to be submitted with the offer (Proof of manufacturer): Bidder shall offer only one make for the offered item and it should be clearly mentioned in the offer. Documents for proof of manufacturer covering offered item of offered make, issued by Govt. agency and valid on bid ope ning date, shall be submitted with the offer.
2. Documents to be submitted with offer: As the item is reserved for procurement from MSE manu facturers as per Govt. guidelines, bidder must be MSE manufacturer of the offered item. In view o f the same, bidder shall submit relevant documentary evidence issued by Govt. recognized body, valid on the date of bid opening and showing them as MSE manufacturer of offered item, or supp orting documents issued by Govt. agency like Udyam registration certificate etc. for any reclassifi cation of status of firm due to upward change showing the date of reclassification within 3 years from the date of bid opening for consideration of any MSE benefits, inline with Gazette notificatio n No. SO 4926(E) dt 18.12.22, covering the offered items. Buyer reserves the right to inspect the facility of the manufacturer and / or to ascertain the techn ical capability of manufacturer for offered items.
3. Documents to be submitted with the offer (BIS license): Bidder has to submit valid BIS license of the offered make for offered items. For this purpose, b idder has to submit the following with t heir offer: a. Copy of endorsements/ schedule /correspondence/reports issued by BIS showing validity of the BIS license as per IS 2713 (Part 1 to 3) for offered make on the date of bid opening. b. Copy of endorsements/ addenda /correspondence/reports issued by BIS showing coverage of of fered items in the same valid BIS license.
