Confidentiality obligations. Each party undertakes to keep secret and confidential, for the period from the conclusion of each Contract until the end of the fifth year from the date of its full performance, all information that should reasonably be regarded as confidential, including, but not limited to, technical and commercial data concerning the Products and their development, data concerning quality, performance tests, prices and commercial conditions applied, financial information, sales and marketing plans, customer and supplier lists.
Confidentiality obligations. WSN Developpement and the ATIM undertake to guarantee the confidentiality of the information, they will not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill the obligations established in this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” means all business, financial, operational, customer, provider, and other information disclosed by one party to the other and not generally known or disclosed to the public or known to the receiving party solely for purposes of trading or performing this Agreement and will include, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement. The foregoing confidentiality restrictions will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Confidentiality obligations. 4.1 Parties shall keep confidential, and shall not use or disclose to anyone without the prior written consent of the other Party, any confidential or proprietary information, of any kind, that has been disclosed by one Party or its affiliates for the purpose of, or in connection with, this Agreement or which it might be informed during the performance of this Agreement, whether in tangible or intangible form (the “Confidential Information”). Confidential Information, to obligations of confidentiality and non-use at least as strict as those contained in this Agreement and that each Party, as applicable, shall enforce such obligations in a diligent manner.
