The provision of personal data is essential for the present procedure and failure to provide it precludes participation in the procedure itself. At any time the rights referred to in articles 15 and following of the GDPR and, in particular, access to personal data, rectification, integration, erasure, restriction and the right to object to the processing. This is without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR.
