POTENTIAL IMPROVEMENTS. As specified in the attached document “01 – Tender Regulations.pdf”, four subsets of evaluation points are reserved for technical improvements potentially offered by the Bidder while still respecting the assigned overall budget cap. To obtain those points (fully or partially) the Bidder shall provide technical offers that address, up to their best capabilities, the requirements of this document.
