Common use of PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS Clause in Contracts

PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS. As Principal Investigator IZSVe designates Dr. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and the Sponsor designates Dr. Xxxxxx Xxxxx. If for any reason even one of them may be unable to continue to serve as Principal Investigator, the replacement shall be mutually agreed by the Parties in writing.
