Registration. 13.1. The CONTRACT, entered into in the form of a private deed, in a single original in digital format under Article 24, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the C.A.D. - Digital Administration Code - Legislative Decree no. 82/2005 and Article 15, paragraph 2 bis, of L. 241/1990, is subject to stamp duty pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree no. 642/1972 to the extent provided for by the relevant Tariff - Part I, Article 2, as annexed to the Ministerial Decree of 20 August 1992, with charges to be borne in equal parts by both PARTIES. 13.2. Stamp duty shall be paid virtually by INSTITUTION, as authorised by the Italian Revenue Agency. INSTITUTION shall ask the other PARTY in a written note for reimbursement of the share due.

In the case of a premature termination of the entire study by the SC of the study, the project leader has to inform all participating sites, Ethics Committees, and authorities. Registration. In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to proceed with identification and registration, and with such registration, these general conditions are fully accepted. Participants may be asked for information, references from other dealers and auction houses or banks, as well as deposits as a guarantee of the balance of the sale price and auction commissions. The auction house may prohibit unwelcome individuals from entering the room and/or partici- pating in the auction. The participant who acts on behalf of another natural or legal person must demonstrate their power of representation. Participants in the room will be provided with a numbered tag to indicate bids to the au- ctioneer during the auction. All sold lots will be invoiced in the name and address indicated in the registration form. Claims or disputes will not be accepted for the loss of the tag.

  • Registrazione Per poter presentare offerta tramite il Sistema è necessario procedere alla Registrazione presso il Sistema. La Registrazione deve sempre essere effettuata - necessariamente - da un operatore economico singolo, a prescindere dalla volontà di partecipare alla procedura in forma associata: tale intenzione potrà essere concretizzata nella fase di presentazione dell’offerta e non in quella della semplice registrazione. La registrazione al Sistema deve essere richiesta unicamente dal soggetto dotato dei necessari poteri per richiedere la Registrazione e impegnare l’operatore economico medesimo. All’esito della Registrazione al soggetto che ne ha fatto richiesta viene rilasciata una userid e una password (d’ora innanzi anche “account”). L’account è strettamente personale e riservato ed è utilizzato quale strumento di identificazione informatica e di firma elettronica ai sensi del D. Lgs. n. 82/2005 (Codice dell’Amministrazione Digitale). Il titolare dell’account è tenuto a operare nel rispetto dei principi di correttezza e buona fede, in modo da non arrecare pregiudizio al Sistema, ai soggetti ivi operanti e, in generale, a terzi, in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 13 delle Regole del sistema e-Procurement. L’account creato in sede di registrazione è necessario per ogni successivo accesso alle fasi telematiche della procedura. L’operatore economico, con la registrazione e, comunque, con la presentazione dell’offerta, dà per rato e valido e riconosce senza contestazione alcuna quanto posto in essere all’interno del Sistema dall’account riconducibile all’operatore economico medesimo; ogni azione inerente l’account all’interno del Sistema si intenderà, pertanto, direttamente e incontrovertibilmente imputabile all’operatore economico registrato. L’accesso, l’utilizzo del Sistema e la partecipazione alla procedura comportano l’accettazione incondizionata di tutti i termini, le condizioni di utilizzo e le avvertenze contenute nel presente Disciplinare di gara, nei relativi allegati (tra cui in particolare le Regole del Sistema di e-Procurement della Pubblica Amministrazione), e le istruzioni presenti nel sito, nonché di quanto portato a conoscenza degli utenti tramite la pubblicazione nel sito ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ o le comunicazioni attraverso il Sistema.   • Spese di registrazione Il presente Contratto, redatto in duplice esemplare è soggetta all’imposta di bollo ai sensi dell’art. 2, parte I, del DPR 16/10/1972, n. 642 e s.m.i. così come disposto dalla Risoluzione n.86/E del 13.02.2002 dell’Agenzia Entrate – Direzione Centrale Normale e Contenzioso – ed è soggetta a registrazione solo in caso d’uso ai sensi dell’art. 10 del DRP 26/04/86 n. 131- Tariffe- parte seconda. Le spese di bollo sono a carico di ciascun ente, ognuno per la copia di propria competenza. Le eventuali spese di registrazione sono a carico della parte che la richiede.

  • Registrazione e regime fiscale Il presente accordo è soggetto ad imposta di bollo ai sensi dell’art. 2, parte I D.P.R. 26/10/1972 n. 642 e successive modificazioni ed è soggetta a registrazione solo in caso d’uso ai sensi dell’art.10 delle tariffe - parte 2°- del DPR 26/04/1986 n. 131.

  • Registrazione e spese 1. Il presente Accordo, firmato digitalmente, è soggetto a registrazione solo in caso d’uso ai sensi dell’art. 4, 5, 6 e 39 del D.P.R. 26.4.1986, n. 131. Le spese per l’eventuale registrazione sono a carico della Parte richiedente.

  • Spese di bollo e registrazione Le spese di bollo per il presente contratto, e per le ricevute conseguenti, sono a carico del conduttore. Il locatore provvede alla registrazione del contratto, dandone notizia al conduttore. Questi corrisponde la quota di sua spettanza, pari alla metà. Le parti possono delegare alla registrazione del contratto una delle organizzazioni sindacali che abbia prestato assistenza ai fini della stipula del contratto medesimo.
