Common use of Termination Clause in Contracts

In the event that IZSVe quit performing the institutional research activities mentioned in the recitals, the Sponsor may terminate this agreement upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice, except if such quitting is due to natural disasters or any causes beyond IZSVe’s reasonable control.
