Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which a relevant Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred;
Disrupted Day. If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the Settlement Price will be calculated in accordance with the definition of "Valuation Date" provided in Condition 4.
Disrupted Day. If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the provisions contained in Condition 4 “Valuation Date” will apply.

Examples of Disrupted Day in a sentence

  • If Averaging is specified as applying in the applicable Final Terms, the applicable Final Terms will state the relevant Averaging Dates and, if an Averaging Date is a Disrupted Day, whether Omission, Postponement or Modified Postponement (each as defined in Condition 20 in the case of Warrants or Condition 28 in the case of Certificates) applies.

  • The Calculation Agent shall give notice as soon as practicable to the Holders in accordance with General Condition 11 of the occurrence of a Disrupted Day on any day that, but for the occurrence of a Disrupted Day, would have been the Strike Date, an Averaging Date, an Observation Date or a Valuation Date, as the case may be or on a Knock-in Determination Day or a Knock-out Determination Day, as the case may be.

  • The Calculation Agent shall give notice as soon as practicable to the Holders in accordance with Condition 10 of the occurrence of a Disrupted Day on any day that, but for the occurrence of a Disrupted Day, would have been an Averaging Date or a Valuation Date.

  • If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day is deemed to be the Valuation Date, unless each of the eight Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day.

  • If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, Condition 3 shall apply.

  • If a Specified Valuation Date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for the Underlying, then such Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding day immediately following such Specified Valuation Date which is a Scheduled Trading Day for the Underlying, unless in the opinion of the Calculation Agent such day is a Disrupted Day for the Underlying, in which case Condition 20(d) below or Condition 20(f) below (as applicable) shall apply.

  • In relation to each Series of Warrants, as defined in Annex I, Table B, if the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day: − in the case of Automatic Exercise, the Settlement Price of the relevant Index will be the one established for the same purpose by the relevant Related Exchange on such date and in such manner according to its applicable regulations.

  • Disrupted Day means, in respect of an Index, any Scheduled Trading Day on which (a) a relevant Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session, (b) a Market Disruption Event has occurred or (c) the Index Sponsor fails to publish the Closing Price of the Index.

  • If such Specified Valuation Date for such Underlying is a Disrupted Day for such Underlying, then such Valuation Date shall be the earlier of: (I) the first succeeding day immediately following such Specified Valuation Date which is a Scheduled Trading Day and which is not a Disrupted Day for the Underlying; and (II) the Scheduled Trading Day which is the Valuation Roll number of Scheduled Trading Days immediately following such Specified Valuation Date.

  • If a Specified Valuation Date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for any Underlying, then such Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding day immediately following such Specified Valuation Date which is a Scheduled Trading Day for all of the Underlyings, unless in the opinion of the Calculation Agent such day is a Disrupted Day for any of the Underlyings, in which case Condition 20(d) below or Condition 20(f) below (as applicable) shall apply.


More Definitions of Disrupted Day

Disrupted Day. If the Redemption Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the Settlement Price will be calculated on the basis of the provisions contained in Share Security Condition 1.
Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Custom Index Business Day on which a Custom Index Disruption has occurred or is continuing in the sole and absolute discretion of the Calculation Agent;
Disrupted Day. If the Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day is deemed to be the Valuation Date, unless each of the eight Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day. In that case: (i) that eight Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be the Valuation Date, notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day; and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall calculate the Settlement Price in its good faith and absolute discretion, by taking into account the market conditions, a price of the Currencies estimated on the basis of last announced prices of the Currencies and such other conditions or factors that the Calculation Agent reasonably considers to be relevant.

  • Early Termination Reference Price means, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4, an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent to be the lowest level of the Index on the Termination Date; and

  • Reference Price (Final)" meanz the Reference Price on the Valuation Date; "Register" haz the meaning azcribed to it in Condition l.4;

  • Interest Period End Date" is as defined in Condition 32(b)(i);
