Warrants or Units, as the case may be, exercised at the same time by the same Holder will be aggregated for the purpose of determining the aggregate Entitlements in respect of such Warrants or Units, as the case may be, provided that the aggregate Entitlements in respect of the same Holder will be rounded down to the nearest whole unit of the Relevant Asset or each of the Relevant Assets, as the case may be, in such manner as the Calculation Agent shall determine.
