当ホテルの責任 のサンプル条項

当ホテルの責任. 当ホテルは、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の履行に当たり、又はそれらの不履行により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。

当ホテルの責任. 1 当ホテルは、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の履⾏に当たり、⼜はそれらの不履⾏により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。 2 当ホテルは消防署から適マークを受領しており、消防法に定められた消防設備点検および防火対象物定期点検を毎年実施しております。また、 万⼀の⽕災等に対処するため、旅館賠償責任保険に加⼊しております。

当ホテルの責任. 当ホテルの宿泊に関する責任は、宿泊客が当ホテルのフロントにおいて宿泊登録を行ったとき又は客室に入ったときのうち、いずれか早いときに始まり、宿泊客が出発するため客室を空けたとき又は出発日の正午(第9条第2項に基づき利用時間を延長した場合は、延長利用時間の終了時間)のいずれか早いときに終わります。

当ホテルの責任. 当ホテルの宿泊に関する責任は、宿泊者が当ホテルのフロントオフィスにおいての宿泊の登録を行ったときに始まり、宿泊者が出発するため客室をあけたときに終わります。

If there is no contact for two days after the overdue payment, the Hotel will immediately assume that Guest application for use has been cancelled, and any items left in the room will be moved to our designated warehouse. Left items will be storedforone month, andif Guestsare not pickedup within that period, the Hotel will dispose of them at our discretion. In addition, if there are any living creatures, plants or animals among the left items, they may be disposed of immediately.
