第１条 この特約は、小田急電鉄株式会社（以下「当社」という）が、「ＩＣカード乗車券取扱規則」に定めるサービス内容とその使用条件のうち、株式会社パスモが提供する モバイルＰＡＳＭＯ及び Apple Pay の PASMO を使用した乗車券等（以下、「モバイルＩＣ乗車券」という。）による旅客の運送等について、その使用条件 を定め、もって旅客の利便性向上と業務の適正な遂行を図ることを目的とする。

第１条 この特約は、東京地下鉄株式会社（以下「当社」という。）が、ＩＣカード乗車券取扱規則（平成１９年４月営業部達第４号。以下「ＩＣ規則」という。）に定めるサ ービス内容とその使用条件のうち、株式会社パスモが提供するモバイルＰＡＳＭＯ及び Apple Pay の PASMO を使用した乗車券等（以下「モバイルＩＣ乗車 券」という。）による旅客の運送等について、その使用条件を定め、もって旅客の利便性向上と業務の適正な遂行を図ることを目的とする。
