Orders. Client may place orders to enter into spot foreign exchange transactions with Bank or to modify prior orders (in each case, an "Order") through the Website by entering the terms of such Orders in the manner provided in the Specifications. An Order shall constitute an offer by the Client to enter into or modify a Transaction. In addition, the Client may cancel existing Orders through the Website. The Bank may give the Client the capability to specify whether an Order shall be auto or manually executed (the "Execution Mode"). Auto executed Orders shall be monitored and executed by the System in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Specifications. Manually executed orders shall be monitored and executed by Bank’s traders in accordance with customary market practice as determined by Bank in its sole discretion. Client may change the Execution Mode after an Order has been entered by notification to Bank through the Website but may not change the Execution Mode after the Order has been accepted by Bank.
