Entry into force. 1. This Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession by States or regional economic integration organizations that are Parties to the Convention.
Entry into force. 1. This Agreement is subject to ratification, accep tance or approval in accordance with the respec tive constitutional requirements of the Parties. The instruments of ratification, acceptance or ap proval shall be deposited with the Depositary.

The Agreement shall enter into force when the Government has declared in writing that the reservations in this clause 40 is met or waived. Avtaler som det av hensyn til fremdrift er nødvendig at Tilskuddsmottaker inngår med tredjeparter før Avtalen er bindende, må inneholde forbehold eller rett til kansellering/avbestilling som reflekterer Statens forbehold i punkt 40.2. Dersom det ikke er mulig å betinge seg rett til kansellering/avbestilling uten kompensasjon, kan slike avtaler ikke inngås uten samtykke fra Staten.

Entry into force. 1) This Protocol shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of three months after the date on which five States, including at least four member States of the Council of Europe, have expressed their consent to be bound by the Protocol in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.

(1) This Convention shall enter into force on 1 July 1980, if by 30 June 1980 the Govern- ments referred to in paragraph (3) of Article III havé deposited instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or decla- rations of provisional application, and pro vided that the 1979 Protocol for the fifth ex tension of the Wheat Trade Convention, 1971, or a new Wheat Trade Convention re- placing it, is in force.
Entry into force. 12.1 This Agreement enters into force 30 days after all of the Contracting Parties have informed the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in wri ting that the Agreement has been approved.
