1Hotel Description. Owner and Operator acknowledge that the Hotel consists of and contains: A. That certain real property (the "Land") located at the address shown in Recital A above, and improvements thereon with [] guest rooms and other facilities together with any outdoor parking areas, retail spaces and other facilities located on the Land (the "Building") or otherwise used by the Hotel; B. Mechanical systems and built-in installations (the "Installations") of the Building including, but not limited to, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, elevators, and built-in laundry, refrigeration and kitchen equipment; ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, furnishings, wall coverings, floor coverings, window treatments, fixtures and hotel equipment and vehicles (the "FF&E"); D. Chinaware, glassware, silverware, linens, and other items of a similar nature (the "Operating Equipment"); and E. Stock and inventories of paper supplies, cleaning materials and similar consumable items and food and beverage (the " Operating Supplies").
