CLEANING MATERIALS. All cleaning materials and equipment shall be stored properly upon completion of work in order to prevent hazards.
CLEANING MATERIALS. All soap, shampoo and cleaning material must be septic tank safe.
CLEANING MATERIALS. All materials and appliances required for the cleaning of machinery shall be supplied by the Employer free of charge.
CLEANING MATERIALS. The contractor shall arrange and use following cleaning materials for cleaning of toilets. The cleaning material should be used from the standard company. Liberal usage of quick lime and bleaching powder in the ratio of 4:1 shall be ensure on the premises of the Pay& Use toilets to prevent obnoxious smell.
CLEANING MATERIALS. All cleaning supplies/products will be required to meet the Green Seal Program (GS-34, GS-37 and GS-40) requirement. This will ensure that all cleaning products are low VOC, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, non-skin-irritating, non-combustible, non-animal tested, biodegradable, non-eutrophic, come with recyclable or recycled content packaging, and come in concentrate form. The successful bidder shall maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) which shall be made available to management, cleaning staff, and building occupants upon request in a timely fashion.
CLEANING MATERIALS. The Provider shall provide its staff with suitable cleaning material. The Provider shall use so far as is reasonably practicable biodegradable and other ‘green’ products and ozone-friendly dispensers The Provider will carry out the Cleaning Services between Monday to Friday in each week 9am to 5.00pm. The Provider will use their best endeavours to ensure that Cleaning Services are carried out on a specified day and time wherever possible.
8.1 If the Cleaning Services are scheduled to be carried out on a statutory holiday the Customer agrees to pay to the Provider the Cleaning Charges in respect of the statutory holiday. The Provider will at the request of the Customer use reasonable endeavours to carry out some additional Cleaning Services either before or after the statutory holiday The Provider will regularly maintain the equipment used in line with applicable safety laws, regulations and governmental guidelines and provide replacements when breakdowns occur or when any such equipment required for the provision of the Cleaning Services ceases to work effectively.
CLEANING MATERIALS. All cleaning equipment shall meet the minimum sustainability requirements: including micro-fiber tools and wipes, hand towels, toilet tissue, vacuums, floor buffers, burnishers, scrubbers and extractors. Cut sheets showing specifications must be included with submittal package.
CLEANING MATERIALS. The Provider must only utilize EPA registered cleaners and chemicals. The Provider must provide the State of Maine facility manager in charge on the day the bio-hazard clean- up is to be performed Globally Harmonized Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all cleaners and chemicals to be used in the facility before the process begins.
CLEANING MATERIALS. The subcontractor agrees to use cleaning materials and floor care products approved by the Customer and/or Contractor. for services to be performed under this Agreement/Contract and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) must be kept on file;
CLEANING MATERIALS. All cleaning materials and disinfectants, where necessary, will be provided by the College. Where mopping is to be done, wringer buckets will be supplied by the College.
