– 65% Plans, Specifications and Estimate Submittal. Quincy will complete the preparation of the Draft 65% PS&E. The 30% Bridge and Approach Roadway Design together with input received during the completion of the environmental phase, will be the basis for preparation of the 65% PS&E. Preparation of the 65% PS&E will include completion of the following subtasks: Civil Design and Drafting Quincy will complete the approach roadway design, construction traffic control plan, and associated civil designs in accordance with the City Standards, AASHTO "A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets" and Caltrans Highway Design Manual (with City consultation). A full set of detailed approach roadway and civil plans will be prepared using City-supplied title blocks. The following plan sheets are anticipated for final design: • Title Sheet • Typical Cross SectionsSurvey Control Plan • Layout and Profile (2 sheets) • Grading Plan (2 sheets) • Construction Details (up to 4 sheets) • Drainage Plan (2 sheets) • Construction Staging Plan (2 sheets) • Traffic Handling / Temporary Detour Plan (up to 5 sheets) • Signing & Striping Plan (2 sheets) • Erosion Control Plan Sheets (2 sheets) Bridge Design and Drafting Quincy will design the widened portion of the structure using Load Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) following AASHTO’s “LRFD Bridge Specifications 2012” with the California Amendments. For seismic design, Caltrans “Seismic Design Criteria (Version 1.7)” will be followed. Other references that Quincy will follow are Caltrans Division of Structures “Bridge Memo to Designers”, “Bridge Design Aids” and “Bridge Design Details”. The existing portion of the structure will be designed for seismic with a "no collapse" criteria per Caltrans Bridge Memos to Designers. A full set of detailed bridge plans will be prepared using City supplied title blocks. The following plan sheets are anticipated for final design: • General PlanGeneral Notes • Deck Contours • Foundation Plan • Abutment Layout (2 sheets) • Abutment Details (up to 3 sheets) • Typical Section • Girder Layout (2 sheets) • Girder Details • Deck Reinforcement (2 sheets) • Miscellaneous Details • Log of Test Borings Sheets The design will incorporate recommendations from the City and Caltrans and address issues identified during the public outreach process for the project.

  • Class Specifications The Human Resources Division shall determine:

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Provider cooperation is required in order to make a correction, the LEA shall notify the Provider of the factual inaccuracy and the correction to be made. No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
