Common use of A Health and Welfare Xxxx Clause in Contracts

A Health and Welfare Xxxx. Xxxxxxx Trust known as Teamsters Security Fund for Southern Nevada, Local 14 has been established by an agreement and Declaration of Trust dated October 1, 2014. The Employer agrees to abide by said Agreement and Declaration of Trust and, further, to make payments to the Fund in the amount designated below for such benefits as determined by the Trustees. The current benefits (“Benefits”) provided by the Fund per Trustee actions are comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Additional benefits include Employee Assistance (EAP) and Life Insurance. Employer agrees to make contributions and seek refunds of contributions to the Fund per the provision outlined in Appendix A of this Agreement.
