Common use of A STUDENT EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

A STUDENT EMPLOYEE. is a Temporary Employee who is hired for a school vacation period, or semester period under a Co-Operative Graduate School Program. A Student's employ may be terminated at any time without recourse to the Grievance Procedure, unless the Union claims discrimination under Article 18 hereof as a basis of termination. A Student Employee may not bid on other Job Postings under this Agreement, while so employed.
