The recruitment of employees in health care institutions is done according to the public announcement an- nounced in the media, in accordance with the legislation in force for establishing the employment relationship in the public sector, according to the labor law and other sub legal acts in force. 2. During the process of interviewing candidates, the presence of a trade union representative in the capacity of a monitor with the right to report on recruitment procedures is mandatory for the employer who announces the public contest. 3. The employer is obliged to invite a trade union representative authorized by the TUHFK at least three busi- ness days earlier than the date set for written test or oral interview. 4. Establishment of the employment relationship is made after the selection of the jobseekers according to the public competition, where the establishment of the employment relationship is done from the moment of sign- ing of the employment contract by the employee and the employer. 5. Probation work period in health institutions cannot be determined for a period longer than 90 days from the signing of the individual employment contract. 6. The employment contract shall be drafted in written form, according to the content provided for by the La- bor Law and the provisions of Article 6 of the SCC.
