ABILITY TO ENSURE EMPLOYEES PROTECT. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION All JET employees are required to undergo initial and recurring information and cybersecurity training for the protection of both corporate and customer data. JET employees will comply with all customer information security policies and protocols, as required. As a general practice, JET employees do not use corporate systems to store, maintain, or manipulate customer-owned data. It is our expectation that any storage or manipulation of customer data by JET employees will be accomplished on customer-owned systems and networks only. Any deviation from this practice will be negotiated with the customer on a case-by-case basis. Our specific experience in reaching and screening individuals with Federal level security clearances gives us unique insight and a ready pool of qualified and credentialed technical experts that can be sourced to meet any state requirements for protecting confidential information. In addition, our staff is requested to sign any Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreements, as needed, during the onboarding process.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
