ABOVE-SCHEDULE, ALLOWANCES FOR EXTRA DUTIES. 16.1 Indexed Schedule: The schedule listed below shall be used in conjunction with the levels in 16.3 to determine above-schedule allowances for performing extra duties. Each index value is multiplied by the base (BA minimum) of the teacher salary schedule to obtain dollar amounts, provided, however, that the schedule shall not be applied to reduce exist- ing allowances at any level. ABOVE-SCHEDULE, ALLOWANCES FOR EXTRA DUTIES. A. Indexed Schedule: The attached schedule (Appendix C) shall be used to determine above-schedule allowances for performing extra duties. Each index value is multiplied by the base (BA minimum) of the teacher salary schedule to obtain dollar amounts. For the duration of the 2021-2024 contract, the extra-curricular base will be frozen at $30,200. B. Extra-Duty Contracts: Teachers who accept an extra-duty activity which pays a stipend will be issued a contract for such activity, separate and apart from the teacher’s regular teaching contract. C. Staff Mentorship Program: The attached schedule (Appendix E) shall be used to determine allowances for participation in the mentorship program. Coordinator allowance is multiplied by the base (BA minimum) of teacher salary schedule to obtain dollar amounts. Xxxxxx, protégés, and participants in mentor training shall receive a stipend in addition to regular teacher salary. D. Staff that use prep period time to travel between the campuses will receive a $1,200.00 stipend per year.
ABOVE-SCHEDULE, ALLOWANCES FOR EXTRA DUTIES. The above-schedule allowances for teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix D which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods. Teacher assigned extra-curricular duties such as dance and pep bus chaperones will receive $47.65 per duty. Pep bus chaperones shall receive an additional $23.85 for any duty over 8 hours within a 24 hour period. Ticket Takers and Time Keepers The district will request volunteers from the staff for ticket taking duties within the first two weeks of the school year. If enough volun­ teers are not available, selection will be made by random drawing method. Home game ticket takers, time keepers, and score keepers will be paid $15 per session for high school contests for the Junior Varsity and Varsity only. (effective 7-1-13)

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.

  • Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • Responsibility for Expenses Lessee shall, at Xxxxxx's sole cost and expense, pay all necessary expenses incident to Xxxxxx's use of the Property.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • INDEMNIFICATION FOR EXPENSES OF A WITNESS Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement except for Section 27, to the extent that Indemnitee is, by reason of Indemnitee’s Corporate Status, a witness or deponent in any Proceeding to which Indemnitee was or is not a party or threatened to be made a party, Indemnitee shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be indemnified, held harmless and exonerated against all Expenses actually and reasonably incurred by Indemnitee or on Indemnitee’s behalf in connection therewith.

  • REQUESTS FOR FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENTS 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements s.65 of the Act. Note 1: Section 65 of the Act provides for certain Employees to request a change in their working arrangements because of their circumstances, as set out in s.65(1A).

  • Indemnification for Expenses as a Witness Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement except for Section 26 hereof, to the extent that Indemnitee is, by reason of his Corporate Status, a witness in any Proceeding, he shall be indemnified against all Expenses actually and reasonably incurred by him or on his behalf in connection therewith.

  • Liability for expenses (a) The Developer must pay its own and the City’s expenses incurred in negotiating, executing, registering, releasing, administering and enforcing this document. (b) The Developer must pay for all reasonable costs and expenses associated with the preparation and giving of public notice of this document and the explanatory note prepared in accordance with the Regulations and for any consent the City is required to provide under this document.
