Coordinator Allowance. Coordinators are teachers who in addition to their teaching responsibilities are required to provide academic leadership in the coordination of courses and/or programs. Coordinators report to the academic manager who assigns their specific duties, which shall be determined prior to the acceptance of the designation, subject to changes as circumstances require. It is understood that coordinators do not have responsibility for the supervision or for the disciplining of teachers in the bargaining unit. It is not the intention of the Colleges to require employees to accept the designation of coordinator against their wishes.
Coordinator Allowance. The Board shall pay an allowance to Coordinators in addition to grid salary as follows: September 1, 2008 $ 5,356 September 1, 2009 $ 5,517 September 1, 2010 $ 5,682 September 1, 2011 $ 5,853
Coordinator Allowance. 4.2.5.1. A teacher designated by the School Division to be a coordinator will receive an annual allowance equal to twenty-two percent (22%) of the annual salary at maximum and four (4) years of teacher education.
Coordinator Allowance. A teacher who is designated as a coordinator will receive an annual allowance equivalent to the base allowance payable to the principal. Part time coordinators’ allowances will be prorated according to the FTE of the appointment.
Coordinator Allowance. 4.1.3.1 As appointed by the Superintendent, a Coordinator shall receive $4,412 per appointment.
Coordinator Allowance. 4.2.5.3.1. Effective until June 9, 2022, ten thousand nine hundred forty-six dollars and ninety-nine cents ($10,946.99).
4.2.5.3.2. Effective June 10, 2022, 0.50% increase, eleven thousand one dollars and seventy-two cents ($11,001.72).
4.2.5.3.3. Effective September 1, 2022, 1.25% increase, eleven thousand one hundred thirty-nine dollars and twenty-five cents ($11,139.25).
4.2.5.3.4. Effective September 1, 2023, 2.00% increase, eleven thousand three hundred sixty-two dollars and three cents ($11,362.03).
Coordinator Allowance. A Teacher designated by the Board as a Coordinator shall be paid an allowance of 20% of the annual rate of salary payable to the teacher under the current Provincial Collective Agreement.

Coordinator Allowance. 4.2.3.1. A teacher assigned the responsibilities of coordinator, by the School Division, shall be paid an annual allowance in accordance with the following schedule prorated to the amount of time assigned such responsibilities. The coordinator allowance is to be adjusted on the same dates and by the same percentage increases as are applied to the salary grid.

Coordinator Allowance. 4.1.7.1. In addition to their salary in clause 3.2.3, each coordinator shall receive an allowance of $25,000 annually.
