Abrogation of Limited Warranty. Infor will have no obligation under this Section 5 to the extent any alleged breach of warranty is caused by: (i) any Customer deployed Third Party Offerings; or (ii) issues resulting from or arising out of professional services performed other than by Infor.
Abrogation of Limited Warranty. The limited warranty in Section 7(a) will be null and void if: (i) anyone (including Customer) other than SunGard Public Sector modifies the Baseline Component System; or (ii) Customer does not implement changes that SunGard Public Sector provides to correct or improve the Baseline Component System. If despite any modification of the Component System, SunGard Public Sector can replicate the reported problem in the Baseline Component System as if the problem were a Defect, then SunGard Public Sector will nonetheless provide Customer with an avoidance procedure for or a correction of that reported problem for use in the Baseline Component System as though the reported problem were a Defect.
Abrogation of Limited Warranty. Infor will have no obligation under this Section 6 to the extent that any alleged breach of warranty is caused by: (i) any modification of the Component System; (ii) Licensee’s failure to promptly implement changes that Infor provides to correct or improve the Component System; or (iii) the use or combination of the Component System with any computer, computer platform, operating system and/or data base management system other than the Equipment. To the extent that an alleged breach of warranty concerns a Third Party Product that is subject to a more limited warranty under a Third Party Agreement than specified in Section 6(a) above, Infor’s obligations hereunder will be further limited accordingly. The limited warranty in Section 6(a) shall not apply to (x) updates, enhancements or modifications provided under the Support Agreement or (y) previously licensed Component Systems for which Licensee is changing User Restrictions (e.g., without limitation, adding users) under an Order Form.
Abrogation of Limited Warranty. NECP shall have no obligation under this Section 5 to the extent that any alleged breach of warranty is caused by any modification of the Subscription Software not performed by or on behalf of NECP. To the extent that an alleged breach of warranty concerns a Third Party Product that is subject to a more limited warranty under a Third Party Agreement than specified in Section 5 above, NECP’s obligations hereunder will be further limited accordingly provided that details of the more limited warranty are set out in the Order Form pursuant to which such Third Party Products are licensed.

The limited warranties in this Section 7 will be null and void to the extent that (i) without the prior written approval of Spōk, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Support is performed on the Products by any party other than Spōk or an Spōk-approved party, or (ii) any addition to, removal from or modification of the Products is made without Spōk’s approval. All parts replaced under warranty will become the property of Spōk. Licensee will be responsible for the cost of all requested Support and Services provided by Spōk, which is not covered pursuant to a stated warranty.
Abrogation of Limited Warranty. The limited warranties in this Section 3 will be null and void to the extent that a Documented Defect is caused by Licensee not implementing changes that Amcom provides to correct or improve the Licensed Software.

The limited warranties in this Section 7 will be null and void to the extent that (i) without the prior written approval of Amcom, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Support is performed on the Products by any party other than Amcom or an Amcom-approved party, or (ii) any addition to, removal from or modification of the Products is made without Amcom’s approval. All parts replaced under warranty will become the property of Amcom. Licensee will be responsible for the cost of all requested Support and Services provided by Amcom, which is not covered pursuant to a stated warranty.

The limited warranties in this Section 7 will be null and void to the extent that (i) without the prior written approval of Spok, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Support is performed on the Products by any party other than Spok or an Spok-approved party, or (ii) any addition to, removal from or modification of the Products is made without Spok’s approval. All parts replaced under warranty will become the property of Spok. All of Spok’s Support and Services that are not covered under this limited warranty shall be ordered pursuant to the execution of a new or modified Order.
Abrogation of Limited Warranty. Ephesoft will have no obligation under this Section 5 to the extent that any alleged breach of warranty is caused by any modification of the Subscription Software not performed by or on behalf of Ephesoft. To the extent that an alleged breach of warranty concerns a Third-Party Product that is subject to a more limited warranty under a Third Party Agreement than specified in Section 5 above, Ephesoft’s obligations hereunder will be further limited accordingly.

If despite any modification of the Component System, SCT can replicate the reported problem in the Baseline Component System as if the problem were a Documented Defect, then SCT will nonetheless provide Licensee with an avoidance procedure for or A correction of that reported problem for use in the Baseline Component System as though the reported problem were a Documented Defect.
