Absence Day Reserve Plan. A. If a bargaining unit member exhausts his/her sick leave accumulation and has requested and used catastrophic leave, another bargaining unit member may donate up to five (5) days of his/her accumulated sick leave to the absent teacher. The Superintendent may approve or deny the request pending receipt of a statement from a treating physician.
