Common use of ABSENCE FROM DUTY Clause in Contracts

ABSENCE FROM DUTY. An Employee (other than an Employee who has given or received notice in accordance with Clause 13 Termination hereof), not attending for duty shall, lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.

ABSENCE FROM DUTY. An Employee (other than an Employee who has given or received notice in accordance with Clause 13 Termination hereof), clause 16.11 or in cases involving protected industrial action) not attending for duty shallwill, unless covered under a leave with pay provision of this Agreement, lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.

An Employee (employee, other than an Employee employee who has given or received notice in accordance with Clause 13 Termination hereof)subclauses 3.7.1 or 3.7.2, not attending for duty shallwill, except when absent on paid leave or with the permission of the company, lose their pay for the actual time period of such non- non attendance.
